Daniel McGowan is also an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and is an Executive Committee Member of the Estate Planning Institute of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is the outline chair for the annual Estate Planning Institution in Cleveland. As both an Ohio Probate Lawyer and Florida probate lawyer, Daniel McGowan has been awarded a Distinguished rating by Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and litigation excellence.
